Early morning, December 17.

I woke up super early this morning to take a photo of the village for you.  I had no idea that there were any activities planned for the morning, but…

Clearly, there is something happening.

Could be a test run.

The sleigh seems to be at full capacity.

The lights are all on, the way they will be next Thursday night.

Including the one that a certain German ShepHerd couldn’t keep his mouth of off yesterday and is now at a permanent 63 degree angle.

The reindeer are harnessed and at the ready…

It snowed.
